Concept G - VIC
Vanessa Spinks I am a New member to G-Fitness and decided to start with the addition of Concept G. From day 1 Tara’s communication has been excellent. She has checked in on my experience and responded to all questions. I am not usually a runner so was hesitant at first seeming half the class in on the treadmill. As I want to improve my cardio and need to be pushed to do that, I figured Concept G was the only way to do that. When I do not feel like running I just increase the incline and walk fast. Love the mix of cardio and floor work. Overall just love Concept G and feel amazing as a result.
