Anndy Edwards Great jewellery, staff not great. Pushy woman started to passive aggressively bully me when I asked her to stop putting necklaces on me. I told her I wasnt shopping for a necklace, yet she continued to put necklaces in front of me. When I asked her (for the third time) to show me only earrings and rings she called me hysterical and laughed in my face. Then she tried to convince my parents to buy the necklace for me! No means no. Please learn to respect your customers. If I hadnt travelled to that Westfield to specifically purchase Magnolia jewellery I would have walked away. Great jewellery, excellent price point. Avoid the South African woman. She left a bad taste in my mouth.

Ashlyn Cooper It’s a real hit and miss with the staff at this store. Have been a few times showing interest in a particular ring to compliment my engagement ring. A lady with long black hair couldn’t give two hoots about serving us. However swung by another week to check out if there were any sales on this ring and Tom was absolutely incredible and super helpful.
