1 /5 Matthew Kennedy: One of the most unprofessional experiences, the staff have no idea about the processes and they provided no information on buying options which I should have demanded before going through the process, they tried selling me on a pay later scheme which seemed normal for products these days for but without any of the proper information was anything but, I found out later they were applying for a credit card without my permission so I cancelled it and it is now permanently on my report.

I came in searching for a watch and a chain bracelet and as mentioned, the time spent in the store was seamless, Angela was fun and a real gem to chat to. She was extremely comfortable to talk thoughts and opinions with and was a great help finding exactly what I was looking for. A real fantastic display of genuine kindness, care, and quality customer service. If I’m in need of jewellery, from a gift to something personal, Bevilles is where I’ll be searching from now on.
