1 /5 Mia Leccadito: Brought a piece into the highpoint store to get resized. Had a stuff member named Rebecca assist me. I was quite happy with my purchase and just wanted an adjustment. But she extremely rude and aggressive trying to get me to purchase other pieces that I did not want. Please retrain staff on customer service and even rethink who you choose to represent your store. For the high price of being a jewellery store it should be accompanied by decent customer service. Would not recommend

5 /5 Truthaboveall icdat: Mryana who served us gave the best customer service experience not only was she knowledgeable, she was very patient and kind. We were able to get what we really wanted. Go see her if you want an honest 10/10 service. She wont dissapoint.

5 /5 Lisa Knowles: I had purchased a necklace from a lovely young lady called Mryana. She was very helpful and polite. The clasp however was not closing. I rang highpoint to see if I could go to a store that was close to me. Spoke to a lovely young man by the name of Fab he went above and beyond to help me find my receipt so I could go to another store full stop thank you Bevilles Highpoint and Werribee for your great service

1 /5 Orchid Orchid: I have always shopped at this store. I’ve bought so many special things here over the years – from my friends’ birthday gifts and keepsakes to even my own proposal ring. I’ve always been very satisfied with the service. However, on the 6th of July, I went there to buy a foot chain for my friend’s birthday, and I was quite disappointed with one of the staff members’ customer service. I spent less than 10 minutes choosing the item, but the staff member seemed impatient and unhelpful, which really surprised me given my past good experiences here.
