5 /5 Daniel: I initially had an issue with a gold chain that came apart on its own (outside of its warranty). Followed by further multiple complications when trying to get it repaired. So why the five stars? When I visited the store, the manager was incredibly apologetic, went above and beyond to track down my original purchase across multiple systems, and ultimately provided me with a replacement chain to make up for the difficulties I had encountered at every step of the process. Their genuine care to make it right made all the difference in the end, and I truly appreciated it!

1 /5 Stefania Cicconi: I ordered a wedding ring for my husband and I was told that it wasn’t in store and that I had to order it. This wasn’t a problem, and I was called by them after about 10 days that it was ready to collect because it had been delivered. I drove an hour there as I don’t live close and I was told that there was a massive mistake and that the ring wasn’t delivered and that it would still be a while. I was lenient with them and thought that this was a genuine mistake. After a few days, they called me again and told me that the ring had arrived. I drove all the way there again. I got there, the ring hadn’t been delivered and they made a mistake again. I told them that this was unprofessional, because it shows they weren’t properly checking their deliveries. They told me that they would call me again in half an hour and the ring had magically arrived 20 minutes later. I find this to be unprofessional and it shows that the people who work there aren’t attentive with what they do. The workers also didn’t know what they were doing, this wasted my time going back and forth because of their negligence. I even asked them the second time if they were absolutely sure it had arrived as I wasn’t going to drive there for nothing again, to which I was told “Yes, it’s right here”. Very unprofessional and won’t be going here in the future.

1 /5 Linda Jane: Absolutely heartbroken. Earrings I wanted had to be purchased online because store was sold out. Online experience was fine but the one picture of the earrings made it seem like the stones were much bigger and the description didn’t include the size of the earring. Why wouldn’t they put a picture up of a person wearing an earring? Not exchange or return. No help. I’m down many dollars because they are diamond. They are so similar to another pair of earrings I don’t know what to do with them and my mum paid for them for a graduation present for me.

1 /5 Rheece: LOST my necklace during warranty claim. Took a necklace in for warranty, once the item returned from warranty it was the incorrect chain and missing a pendant and have actually lost the original piece unable to locate it, took well over a month to resolve this though still resulted an unsatisfactory resolution due to not being able to provide the same piece which they have photos (Incorrect style of chain and wrong length) of from the warranty claim. Replacement chain was still the incorrect length. With all this occurring they still try to push other sale items though only have a very limited range of stock instead of actually trying to provide an appropriate solution with literal photo evidence of the claims. On top of all this the staff seem to have minimal level of competency and adamant in claiming the chain was 50cm without even measuring it. After measuring the chain it was actually 45cm in length. Have lost a returning customer after purchasing multiple other pieces from there. Not happy with the end result though ended up refunding and going elsewhere to purchase another.
