1 /5 Stefania Cicconi: I ordered a wedding ring for my husband and I was told that it wasn’t in store and that I had to order it. This wasn’t a problem, and I was called by them after about 10 days that it was ready to collect because it had been delivered. I drove an hour there as I don’t live close and I was told that there was a massive mistake and that the ring wasn’t delivered and that it would still be a while. I was lenient with them and thought that this was a genuine mistake. After a few days, they called me again and told me that the ring had arrived. I drove all the way there again. I got there, the ring hadn’t been delivered and they made a mistake again. I told them that this was unprofessional, because it shows they weren’t properly checking their deliveries. They told me that they would call me again in half an hour and the ring had magically arrived 20 minutes later. I find this to be unprofessional and it shows that the people who work there aren’t attentive with what they do. The workers also didn’t know what they were doing, this wasted my time going back and forth because of their negligence. I even asked them the second time if they were absolutely sure it had arrived as I wasn’t going to drive there for nothing again, to which I was told “Yes, it’s right here”. Very unprofessional and won’t be going here in the future.
