5 /5 Tania Thompson: Ive been a member at the BFT Brighton studio since it opened 3 years ago, and honestly, I cant give it enough PRAISE! Training here has completely re-energised me - turning my middle-aged, tiring body and mind into a stronger, more motivated and energetic version of myself!
Each workout is brilliantly designed (love the heart-rate PXI-goal based system!), and pushes me just beyond my OWN limits. My "life-fitness" has improved so much - Ive got more energy, real strength, and its made a huge difference both at work (as a PE teacher) and keeping up with my family.
The Coaches are next-level. Des, Sez, Dan, Bella & April & Gabby all give 100%+ every single session. They fine-tune technique, check in personally, and share valuable injury-prevention advice that keeps me safe, strong and consistent.
The BFT Brighton community is the cherry-on-top! Everyone is so warm and welcoming - full of amazing, friendly, non-judgemental people. I’ve made some gorgeous new friends who now motivate me even more to bounce out of bed for those 6:15am classes! Highly recommend BFT Brighton for life-fitness goals!
