chris isherwood I just completed a workshop, and attempted things that wouldn’t have been possible if the yoga high staff hadn’t challenged me Awesome staff, whom are all unique, and on hand to help out, regardless of your level of experience. Thanks to AMR, Mik, and staff, of which there are too many to mention! And of course the many friendly yogis I’ve met along the way. Yoga has changed my life, and yoga High has become the studio of choice.

Oxygen Fitness and Nutrition - VIC

Liam Sharkey I joined Oxygen a few months ago after deciding I was sick of being unfit. Best decision I have made! The coaches are really knowledgeable and adjust the workouts to meet you at your level. I’ve got an old back injury and the coaches are great at stopping it from flaring up. The workouts are really fun and it’s inspiring seeing people who have been at the gym for longer and are super fit. If you’re thinking about joining, my advice is come and give it a try!
