Pamela Brien Two and a half years ago I could not walk 1 km comfortably, I needed to lose weight, and gain strength and fitness. Ethan changed me. I was listened to and always encouraged by him to achieve my goals . Within the first twelve months I had lost 20 kg and felt the fittest I had been in a long time. The second year my training progressed so well that I entered Hyrox, Ethan was with me all the way, every session geared around training for the event building my strength and fitness and also my confidence to achieve this major goal. Not only did Ethan monitor my fitness, he helped me keep my nutrition on track and monitored my mental health.I have learned so much about myself thanks to him. And kept the 20 kg off. Never a session went by where I left the gym without feeling amazing and having a huge smile on my face. Ethan is polite, kind and interested in his clients , whilst also being intelligent and very informed. Thanks Ethan .

Chloe Bylett doesn’t feel hygienic at all. the place smells like urine, the toilets feel grimy and gross, also smelling like urine. the gym is a mess weights all over the place. machines are decent and there’s heaps of variety so that’s a plus

Bryce Foley Purchased a fair bit of stuff from the Easter sale they had on just recently. They were very good both on the phone and via email.. I picked up my order which, from what a lot of people have said on Facebook and other review platforms, if you can pick up do so.. Anyway was easy as to deal with items were in stock order online for pick up order was ready to pick up within 5days. Shipping is definitely a bit on the pricey side but as for the quality and prices I’ll definitely be shopping with catch fitness again.
