Bodytek is professional and polished without being pretentious which is one of its best assets. Everyone walking in the door no matter age or fitness level feels welcomed and supported and there is enough variety in their offering to find a workout regime that suits you. The group classes are engaging and challenging so the minutes fly by, and the head to toe renovation means their huge variety of equipment is state of the art. The Myzone monthly challenges with prizes are a great way to stay motivated..! I feel lucky this is my local and am pleased to recommend it highly.

Ive even been able to bring my kids with me, where theyve sat and watched me do some classes which is an absolute game Changer! For anyone who is nervous about joining a GYM then I highly recommend Bodytek. Everyone is so welcoming and the group classes are fab and every class caters for all fitness levels. The trainers are super intuitive so know when its right to push you and when to gently encourage you because your not at your full energy levels! Ive typically joined GYMs and picked up running here and there and after 3 months (or less!) just find excuses to justify not continuing. So far Im not about to hit my 3 month anniversary and can say Im going strong!

5 /5 Tina Nguyen: I have been training at bodytek gym for over 10 years now. I wouldnt be able to get back into my fitness mode with the help of the team at Bodytek Fitness Co. My trainer motivates me and pushes me to do and be the best I can be! Ive tired other gyms in the past and havent had the greatest experience, but with Bodytek its more like a family or a really great group of friends. So friendly and inviting!! Everyone at the gym, from the trainers to the members are always motivating one another and providing support. Also, i recently had a back operation and Bodytek have really helped me in the recovery stages. They work hand in hand with the on sight physio to ensure you get back to full mobility and health. I wouldnt recommend any other gym but this one #BodytekFitnessCo #theonlygymtojoin
