All of the instructors bring something unique to their classes and with their expert guidance I feel like I’m always learning and improving. So happy with this pilates studio and with the option of classes both at Hurstbridge and Diamond Creek there’s always a time to suit my busy schedule. Highly recommended!

Kathleen Artuso Been going to Curves for 4 years now, I started at 3 days per week.. but enjoy it that much I now go 6 days a week! Great way to keep me moving, feeling motivated and being social. Friendly staff, and a comfortable environment for women of all ages!
