BASE27 Fitness (Small-Group Training) - VIC
Tashya Dahanayake Base27 has been a really positive part of my fitness journey. Since joining, I’ve noticed a big improvement in both my motivation and overall fitness. The gym has a great community, everyone is friendly, supportive, and encouraging, which makes it easy to stay consistent.
A huge part of my experience has been thanks to Michelle, who is the most dedicated coach I’ve ever met. She’s constantly checking in, pushing me in the best way possible, and making sure I’m showing up for myself. Her passion and energy are contagious, and she has a real gift for helping people break through both mental and physical barriers.
The workouts are intense but very manageable, especially with a busy schedule. They’re well-structured and I always feel like I’m getting the most out of the time. Overall, I have had a great experience with Base27!
