Selwyn Park Outdoor Gym 3 - VIC
kareem khattab It is top notch area, combine this gym with the two others gym in the same park. It has a lot of of equipment, you can train your entire body in this area, have a nice walk, there is public toilets nearby and drinking water too.

Casey rutledge ⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hands down the best boxing gym on the Peninsula! We moved to Coastal Combat after being at another gym and honestly, it was the best decision we’ve made. My son has been training here for two years now and has competed in a few fights — the support and coaching he’s received has been incredible. Coach Harley made the transition into competition so much easier for us as a family — his experience and care gave me real peace of mind as a parent. Both Harley and Coach Thomas go above and beyond for their students, and the whole community at Coastal is amazing. Everyone gets behind each other, especially when someone has a fight — they all show up and cheer each other on. It really feels like a team. With kids’ sports wrapping up for the year, this is the perfect place to keep your kids active and motivated in the off-season. Come try a class — you won’t regret it! ⸻

The community is fantastic—very international and friendly. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting out, this is the place to train. I highly recommend The Ox Box to anyone looking for a top-notch CrossFit box. The location is conveniently close to the CBD, making it easily accessible, and they have a solid range of equipment with top brands like Rogue and Concept2. Gavin Mair Great service, excellent delivery and supporting Australian business. BTW I started running again at age 60 after some 30 years off racing and I’ve just purchased my 7th pair of Hoka’s. Over 4,000 km run in just under 5 years. Keep up the excellent work ACTIVE FEET !
