Karen Tucker Coaching and guidance is outstanding, giving me the confidence I was lacking to feel like I can make positive health and lifestyle changes to improve my overall quality of life. Braw Fitness is more than just a gym, Rhys offers clear guidance and appropriately challenging programmes to follow and Jo offers support and encouragement in the sessions she leads. Learning the science and how to exercise in the most effective way possible from Rhys has made such a difference to my motivation. Members of Braw are welcoming, encouraging and not judgmental on newbies. I cannot recommend highly enough as I never thought I’d enjoy attending gym sessions so much.

Milda Vidugiryte I came into this studio completely by chance, looking for a place to not only move my body but find some sort of spiritual and mental growth in my yoga practice. I am completely in love- with the teachers, the space, the community. Thank you to Marcus and Simon for being such angels, my personal gurus. Emily Hobson Great Centre to train at, very clean change rooms. The new equipment in the gym is great. I love the group fitness sessions, especially the Strong Class and Thursday night HiiT class, all well run with great Trainers who will offer exercise modifications when needed and exercise technique. The outdoor pool over the summer months is fabulous.

Linda Turvey It’s such a beautiful upstairs space with a welcoming relaxed reception area where Wendy the owner is proud of her space and the practitioners who frequent the rooms! There’s an infrared sauna which I’m a big fan of for detox! There are small sized Pilates classes run by Wendy which I love also. There are lots of workshops available for the community. Definitely my wellness home! Thank you Linda
