2 /5 Paul Turner: Gym is clean and new, but had no bicep curl machine - not the end of the world. However, the 1 clock in the gym has not worked for 2 months and despite emailing customer service 3 times, I have never heard back from the gym as they advised I would. They also never contacted me to organise a program when I joined, despite advising. Now they are putting their prices up to "maintain the high level of standard of our gyms". Gym - Good, Customer Service - Poor.
