5 /5 Iva Izman: Working out in the Hot Room is the BEST thing I have found for my mental health. My schedule revolves around my classes, not the other way round, thats how much the hot room means to me. The vibe at Preston is so welcoming. I have been to a few hot studios around but you guys are always super smiley, friendly and respectful.
The heat forces you to switch off mentally on everything else and just focus on yourself because its all in the mind when youre in the hot room.
You feel empowered in your own workout because the sweat, mentally, makes you work that extra hard! Halfway through class, you might feel like you regret life LOL but its the after feeling that will find you back for more. It is so so sooo addictive, I feel like a butterfly after every session and its definitely my happy place!
