Christison Park Outdoor Gym - VIC

Otto Leonardo Spent ages looking for an outdoor gym in the area and for some reason it didn’t show up on maps when looked up for it. Very good infrastructure with pull up bars, parallel bars, benches, etc. Beautiful view as well and relaxing atmosphere. I hope you guys find it!

EMF Health Club Circular Quay - VIC

Zac Sanchez PT Mai is amazing. She has completely transformed my attitude to fitness. Mentally and physically, I am much fitter after Mais classes. I never thought each week I would look forward so much to her intense classes. We all know the amount of energy, planning and hard work she puts in, and we all know it is not easy to run such a big class. We are all so thankful. Let’s keep smashing it!!!

Pat Tori How awesome I can travel between clubs, no need to fight traffic. Depending where Im working I can drop in for a workout. Amazing, fun & supportive staff. A great workout, I didnt believe I could get such great results in only 30 mins. Thanks Ladies

Instructors move about the class and pay attention to how students are moving and receiving their instructions, giving great cues and modifications when required. We all have different bodies requiring different movements at times and these instructors pay attention to what your body needs. And just when you’re about to give in along comes the motivational line that you need to keep going! And the beats keep you moving!
