Lyn San I just completed the 8 weeks lifestyle block program at Valhalla Athletic and by far, the best atmosphere, community and coaches who fully supports your fitness journey at whatever fitness level you’re in. You come into this space feeling included in the family. I am always welcomed by the coaches and well supported at every training session. I could not fault anything about this place when you’re looking at a place that feels welcomed. Erra Fitness - VIC

Penny Ferris I’ve been training with Michael since April and couldn’t recommend him enough. He is super supportive and is able to explain things in a way that makes the gym a lot less intimidating. When I need it, he is able to adjust exercises in the moment to how I’m feeling and where my body is at - while still pushing me to keep progressing and hitting new milestones. I started with zero gym experience and now I’m training 4+ times a week, feeling stronger and more confident. Michael makes the whole process approachable and enjoyable - if you’re looking for a trainer who actually listens and knows how to push you in the right way, he’s the one!

The Village Pilates & Yoga - VIC

Deborah Krasey Its been a while since I did any exercise due to an illness - however Polly is an amazing instructor - she knows how hard to push without injuring me and every class I feel I am a little fitter. The studio is lovely and new - will be coming back!
