K Roberts My kids absolutely love the swim school at Waves Fitness and Aquatic Centre. The instructors are so patient, encouraging, and great at working with children of all ages. I have noticed such a big improvement in my kids’ confidence and technique, and they genuinely look forward to their lessons every week. The pools are always clean, warm, and really well maintained, which makes the whole experience even better. The team at Waves is friendly, organised, and always happy to help with any questions.

Melbourne West Barbell Club - VIC

Hugh Whalen I’ve been apart of Melbourne west for almost 2 years now and can confidently say it’s one of the best Gym’s around with such an amazing community! Before joining MW I suffered from an ongoing shoulder issue for three years and was almost ready to give up on my weightlifting dream. Through the Guidance and experience from Coach Caity, we were able to rehab my shoulder to the point where I haven’t had an issue since starting at the gym. Head coach Caity has been phenomenal In helping me reach my full potential as an athlete on and off the platform, always having grace with standards and keeping me accountable to the goals I want to achieve. I travel two hours each way to train at the gym whenever possible as I see so much value in being around the community that’s been created at Melbourne West.
