CFRB is the one constant in my life, and for good reason. The variety in programming keeps things interesting, strength, cardio and mobility.The coaches actually coach, they’re knowledgeable, supportive, and make sure movements are done safely and scaled when needed.
I’ve seen real improvements in my overall health and fitness, its even helped improve my bone density which isn’t easy after 50. Even on days when my rheumatoid arthritis isn’t at its best, I know I can still show up and the workout can be adjusted so I can keep moving forward.
It’s helped me feel stronger both physically and mentally.
The atmosphere is unbeatable, safe, and genuinely friendly. The community here is welcoming without being cheesy, and everyone encourages each other. I love the fact that members range from teens up to 70 something’s.
