5 /5 Serena Fraser: Have been coming to CY Training for nearly 2.5 years now. Have really enjoyed being introduced to strength training and love being able to now lift heavier weights than when I began. Also the community that Aude has created is a wonderful encouraging environment to train in.
My Individual program is designed around my activities, currently AFL vets women’s football, and Basketball, keeping me strong for these sports, and increasing my ability to jump higher and remain injury free.
Would recommend CY training to anyone looking for an experienced strength and rehabilitation coach.
