Nadia KH Its a very big gym with all the equipments you find in any other big centre! The only negative thing i noticed was that there was no AC on the weekend!! And no music!! It was so hot and stuffy inside!!and its wasnt even a hot day outside!

Lisa B I’ve been training with Mark and Lee-Ann Derrick since 2022. These two are such an impressive coaching team operating out of arguably Australia’s pre-eminent training facility. As a masters lifter that’s gone through two major surgeries I absolutely trust Mark to program safely for me to achieve my competitive goals. If I set a big goal, Mark is already ahead of me with data, ideas and programming strategies to get me there. I love training with MD strength and I cannot recommend this team more highly.

Lisa Maynard I wouldn’t want to train anywhere else! Not only are the workouts challenging but rewarding (I’m so much fitter than when I joined!), but the community is unmatched. Everyone is so supportive and makes me look forward to going to the gym every day - the key to building routine and a healthy lifestyle! Tim & Suze have built a brilliant community and I can’t recommend joining FitStop St Leonard’s enough!

The Project - Group Fitness - VIC

Stephanie Huynh Excellent gym! The strength and conditioning programs are effective (and fun!) and incorporate a huge range of equipment and free weights, plus there’s a running club, running workshops, hiking opportunities, body composition scans, social events, and much more. There’s a strong focus on technique, results, and building skills at the gym. Dan, the owner, is an amazing trainer, brimming with knowledge, experience, advice, and words of wisdom and encouragement. Great community, supportive environment, good vibes, and an all-round good time. I highly recommend The Project.
