gabbie moore the people, the vibe, the trainers and the gym is what I most look forward too in my day. F45 is a great place to train and meet new friends. I love the diversity of people and you never feel like you can’t do an exercise with the support from fantastic trainers. I love the place so much, I got 4pm time slot tattooed on me.

Yathreb Bey I’ve been attending R&R studio for a while now! The trainers are very nice and welcoming. They cater to different levels. The studio its self is very clean and tidy.

Megan Rogers Skylark is amazing sporting venue catering for kids of all skill levels. They have super encouraging coaches and provide an array of classes. My daughter has been attending for many years and loves going to her squad classes. Her skills and confidence have grown in so many areas of her life. During lockdown, they have kept in touch with all their squad kids and have run zoom training and sent out home training sessions for the whole family to keep. They have donated many of these services to those who could not afford them and are all about the kids not about the business. Could not recommend more highly!
