5 /5 Lucy Marie: Before joining Elevated Strength and Conditioning, I’d bounced between gyms and never quite found my rhythm. I’d start strong, lose motivation, and end up feeling completely overwhelmed by all the conflicting workout advice. Half the time I didn’t even know where to start, and it felt exhausting before completing a workout .
Thankfully Elevated Strength and Conditioning completely changed that for me.
Jack and Katie guide every session with genuine care and attention. They notice how I move, track my progress, and check in on how I’m recovering. The whole space is welcoming and supportive.
The workouts push me enough to break a sweat and feel like iv challenged myself, but never so much that I dread coming back. Each session is enjoyable, motivating, and adaptable to my fitness level, which makes training multiple times a week feel not just doable, but something I genuinely look forward to.
The programming structure has been a game changer. Everything runs in four-week blocks, so progress is easy to see and feel. There’s no planning or decision fatigue I just turn up and follow the session.
What really makes this gym special is the community. It’s full of real people who show up for themselves, celebrate each other’s wins, and encourage one another. From day one, I felt completely welcomed and part of something positive.
Nearly six months in and I’ve noticed significant improvements in my strength and fitness, but the biggest shift has been in my mental health and wellbeing. I feel happier, calmer, and more confident. Training has become one of the best parts of my day, I’ve never been this consistent before, and now it’s not about motivation I genuinely want to show up and do these classes, no matter what.
Thank you, Jack, Katie, and the ESC community for helping me become my healthiest, strongest self yet.
