5 /5 Heather Rees: A beautiful Parkrun on a nice day. Volunteers are amazing, so helpful and friendly. Wish I lived closer! The course is hilly, with a particularly steep section going up to the railway line. I walked this bit up and down. Turn around near Gembrook STN. Nice to see the steam trains warming up along the track as youre jogging by. Its a shame the Railway Cafe doesnt have breakfast options on a Saturday morning, we went into Emerald for egg on toast instead. Thanks Parkrun Emerald Lake!

Nick Claringbold A brilliant team that have taken great care in supporting my son. They have provided individualised programs and training that have helped him achieve his goal. Alec Lutrov Would definitely recommend Hi Life Fitness to any locals in the area. Rob and his team are fantastic, the gym is always clean and theres a wide range of equipment always available. Their pricing is also extremely competitive and theres often specials going for supplements.
