He will design a program for your needs. The clinic is new clean and well set out. A great environment that is comfortable. I say that as I bring my neurodivergent son here. It is the first sporty program he actually likes feels comfortable in. For my self I’m losing weight but they cater for Rehab/diabetes/weight loss and general health. Highly recommend to get you back to being better or healthier. I like being guided as does my son. I trust these EP’’s.

Maida Racasa I’m so glad I chose BFT Dandenong as my home studio! I didn’t know what to expect as a newbie who didn’t know anyone during my first trial session. I felt warmly welcomed and supported by not only the awesome coaches, but also the other members. This encouraged me to continue attending the sessions. As it’s a new studio, I really admire the spacious and well-maintained environment, the equipment and the facilities. I also like the music they play in the background! I highly recommend BFT in Dandenong, especially while their classes are fairly small, so you can really get one-on-one personal coaching. And it’s worth the price as a member!
