Colab Health Group - VIC

Grace I highly recommend Jenna and Katherine from Colab Health Group in Balwyn! They are both so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I started doing Pilates with them a few years ago, in their small group classes, which I felt was extremely welcoming and accomodating to different needs & fitness levels, which was the perfect way to join. Since then, with the care and attentive client services provided by the team, I have built my strength and confidence. Pilates is now part of my regular routine, and I love attending Colab Health Group!

Fitness XO Richmond Gym - VIC

Aimee H I’ve been attending Fitness XO for 2 years and it is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to. Jimmy has created an amazing environment where there is a real community feel. The workouts are diverse and suitable for people of all abilities, no workout is the same which keeps the classes interesting. The trainers are really encouraging and helpful with correcting form and technique, they’re always happy to help you change up an exercise if you’ve got an injury. Ab trivia on a Friday is a really fun way to end the weekday workout and if Tom is taking the class be sure to request ankle taps or magic rope! Special shout-out to Chloe for always delivering on the music requests! Could not recommend this gym enough.

CORE Gymball - VIC

Lisa P Core Gymball class is an essential part of my week. It helps develop good habits and repair of pelvic floor and strengthening. The classes are fun and well organised. Natasha, Rachel and Harmoni are all wonderful instructors and I feel lucky to be part of this great community.

But Jamie Fitness helped me gain the confidence I have today to start training, guiding me through the proper ways to do each exercise with so much patience.
