5 /5 Aura-Elle Marais: Started Feel Good after having my second bub because my abs were non-existent, my posture was terrible and I had the worst back pain. I took my husband with me to the first class as emotional support buddy because I’m not a “Pilates gal” but there was no need. The instructors are incredibly kind and positive, each class is so different and challenging (in a great way!) and fun.
Not only is my body feeling so much better, but I always feel good (ha ha) mentally after each class.
A massive shout out to my fav instructors Jorja, Liv, Rachel and Tanya - you make such a difference in people’s day.
