She skillfully adjusts exercises for those aiming to improve form, build strength, recover from injuries, target weaknesses, or adapt to pregnancy needs. The energy in her classes is always high and encouraging, making every session a motivating experience. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Courtnee Johnston: Madi is hands down the best reformer Pilates instructor! Her classes are the perfect balance of fun, challenge, and total comfort—no matter where you are in your fitness or strength journey. She creates such a welcoming space where you feel encouraged, supported, and maybe even forget (just for a second) that your abs are on fire. Since starting Madi’s classes, I’ve not only felt stronger and more confident in my body, but I’ve also noticed such a positive shift mentally. It’s so easy to get caught up in mum life (or just life in general), but stepping into her class always feels like hitting the reset button. If you’re looking for a class that will lift you up in every way—this is it. Highly, highly recommend!

5 /5 Meredith McFarlane: Just over 2 years ago I walked into a reformer class and left thinking Im never doing that again. Fast forward 2 years, and I now love my reformer classes, and that is mainly in part to the amazing instructor, Maddi. She truly cares about her clients and their fitness journey, whatever that may be. Maddi is friendly, accommodating, and understanding, and her studio has a real community vibe (as well as looking totally beautiful). Give it a try, you wont be disappointed.

5 /5 Kat Dapcevic: I highly recommend Madison as an instructor, I’ve been going to her classes for years and have followed her to her new studio which is such a beautiful space. Madison gives you a great balanced all over body workout in her sessions which are fun and challenging, her amazing energy as an instructor motivates you to work harder and she’s always happy to customise and give various options to work certain areas of your body. Her studio is personable and aesthetically beautiful which just adds to the wonderful vibe of your workout. I thoroughly enjoy going to Flow Nation and always leave feeling well worked and great afterwards!
