My fiancé and I searched for 6 weeks for the right jeweler and everything felt right from the moment I stepped inside the studio. Having all of those Australian sapphires on display made choosing a stone easy, and I knew as soon as I saw this one that it was the one for me. Geneine was extremely patient while we played around with various sized side stone options until we worked out the perfect design. I’m blown away with the attention to detail and really couldn’t be happier. Thank you again!

5 /5 Jacob Maxwell: My partner and I were shopping for engagement rings and we eventually found our way into Geneine’s boutique. Immediately after greeting us and understanding our query, we were sat down by Geneine herself and were asked to explain what we were looking for. Following this Geneine and her staff endeavoured to find something in their collection that, in their eyes was the realisation of our thought process. We were shown multiple different pieces and made to feel like our time was valuable to them. We sat there for some time speaking about different pieces, their history and their design etc etc and eventually landed on an engagement ring for my partner. We went away for a day to think about it to which Geneine kindly offered to place the ring on hold for us. We left for interstate however decided on the ring the day after. Geneine’s staff made the purchase easy as can be and reassured us the ring would be safe and insured during travel. We continued to proceed and after all was paid up, the ring arrived and the titular question since been asked. She said yes!! We couldn’t fault this business at all, if you’re looking for something truly unique and ‘yours’ then this is the place to go.

5 /5 Victoria Ung: Michaela and Geneine were absolutely wonderful to work with in helping to design my engagement ring. After an initial in person consult we worked with them over email and they were very responsive and flexible when requesting to see changes made (although we ended up going with their original design :p) to make sure I was 100% happy with it. They were also great with helping me to understand the best design choices to ensure the longevity and quality of my ring. The ring turned out so beautiful. Thank you so much!

5 /5 Murray Enders: As seemless a jewellery buying experience as I could ask for. I could imagine a pair of earrings that would suit my girlfriend as a gift and looked on Google for an independent and cool jewellery store that I thought might have a similar design. Found Lovehate, pulled up, went in, and within 2 minutes of browsing found a pair that matched what I had in my head almost exactly. It was reasonably priced, and the attendant was very easy to deal with. Can highly recommend this store.

Our wedding rings were stunning and even now we catch ourselves looking at them with smiles on our faces.
