Andrew Elmore Ive been a member for 12 months and its an awesome place to be a member. The trainers are great and the workouts are always different so you dont get stuck doing the same things over and over. And all the members encourage each other, great little community in Canterbury!

John Gilmour I have been a member of this gym for 11 years and have enjoyed every minute of my membership there. David is a keen Gym owner concerned with ensuring that his customers enjoy their experience but importantly get fitter and healthier. Nothing is too much trouble for Dave provided you (the customer) explain your needs to him. Oh and the other customers who visit the gym are friendly and all seem to enjoy their experiences. I recommend it highly if you wish to get fit and healthy and have fun whilst doing so!

desi sher Im a tourist, travelling through Australia and I went to the gym, and explained that I was a paid member of Fitness First in Indonesia (and showed my online pass) and asked if I could kindly use the gym for just the one time, whilst I was in Sydney? To my surprise, I got an instant Yes, a friendly smile and curiosity from an employee called Omar. He was very likeable, shook my hand and welcomed me to the gym. Excellent service! The gym itself was good, lots of people around on a Mon morning, plenty of machines and loose weights.

Sophanny Parny Tham I was reading the previous negative posts, and I can only assume that the management has changed hands. I really enjoy this gym, as it is small, clean, and quiet. Theres never any problem with looking for parking. The staff are friendly, and greet you upon arrival. Theyre very approachable and helpful. During the times I attend, the staff are always wiping down the equipment & vacuuming. Waiting for pilates or yoga classes to start up.
