Deciding to have a new diamond engagement ring made for a special anniversary, we originally went to Gold & Gems and spoke to Nav who impressed us, but being "old school", I thought it necessary to shop around. Before long, we were back talking to Nav, and we are so pleased we did. The end result is magnificent, and my wife is overjoyed that she has the exact ring she wanted. Nav and Wendy, have been outstanding - with advice, alternatives and recommendations being offered, all to ensure we were happy and that we received exactly what was wanted. Because of the quality, service and the price, as well as a beautiful end result, we had no hesitation in ordering a new wedding band and another ring to match the engagement ring. Nav offered to clean it and my white gold and palladium ring for free. 1 hour later I came back and Nav had done an absolutely amazing job.
