Pandora DFO Essendon - VIC

Hope Stainton Absolute abysmal service. Whoever is in the hiring sector really needs to be sacked. The staff here have shocking customer service. Either Pandora head office needs to rethink how they run the operation given the store is in a popular DFO with a tonne of traffic so need to implement ways to manage that or they need to hire staff who actually know how to be in customer service. I would highly recommend you avoid this place like the plague as its a waste of time and you will receive zero friendly service from the staff there. Also, i witnessed a child go behind the counter, try to open the drawers, then try to sneakly grab the keys off a staff members hip. It was i, who had to let a staff member know that it was happening because the other staff member who was there (was having the keys pried from her hip) did nothing about it. Useless. Honestly useless.

Mockingbird Blue The staff at Emerald Star are so kind and accommodating. I had to get a ring resized 6 sizes bigger and they were more than up to the challenge! They even managed to get it done on the same day in their shop, which was unbelievably quick. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

She was incredibly helpful and guided us through the entire process of selecting a band, Nancy went above and beyond by opening all the cabinets and encouraging me to try on every design, ensuring I didn’t miss out on any beautiful options. She also mentioned that more products are available online and was more than happy to create a custom sample of any ring I was interested in, which really put my mind at ease. During our second visit, I still couldn’t decide, but Nancy’s patience and warm smile never wavered. She showed me CAD designs of different options, and I instantly fell in love with my ring. Her expertise and genuine care made the experience so special. What truly amazed us was Nancy’s explanation of the lifetime complimentary services—resizing, cleaning, polishing, and even replacing small diamonds on the band at no charge. It’s rare to find such comprehensive after-sales care, and it speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. Thanks to Nancy’s dedication, I am beyond happy with my purchase and grateful for the exceptional experience. I will definitely be returning to Temple & Grace for all my future jewelry needs. Highly recommended!
