Ben Bielert I went into Michael Hill Hillside today to buy a present for my lovely wife. I had some idea what I wanted but also needed a bit of guidance. I was positively blessed to encounter Wendy and a lovely young lady who was on her first day but also fantastic (didnt catch her name, sadly). Between the two of them, I came away with some very nice gifts and never felt pressured but simply assisted in one of the best customer service experiences I have had in recent memory. This right here is why shopping in person is better than online. The personal interaction, suggestions, enjoyable conversation, and overall experience were fantastic. I cant wait for my wife to open her presents. Great experience, I will gladly return and direct others to shop here.
