She was incredibly helpful and guided us through the entire process of selecting a band, Nancy went above and beyond by opening all the cabinets and encouraging me to try on every design, ensuring I didn’t miss out on any beautiful options. She also mentioned that more products are available online and was more than happy to create a custom sample of any ring I was interested in, which really put my mind at ease. During our second visit, I still couldn’t decide, but Nancy’s patience and warm smile never wavered. She showed me CAD designs of different options, and I instantly fell in love with my ring. Her expertise and genuine care made the experience so special. What truly amazed us was Nancy’s explanation of the lifetime complimentary services—resizing, cleaning, polishing, and even replacing small diamonds on the band at no charge. It’s rare to find such comprehensive after-sales care, and it speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. Thanks to Nancy’s dedication, I am beyond happy with my purchase and grateful for the exceptional experience. I will definitely be returning to Temple & Grace for all my future jewelry needs. I wasn’t so sure about getting my ring here and I was considering splurging on Tiffany’s but I am SO SO glad I went with T&G. My ring is even better than I expected and my fiancé and I could not be happier! They also have really wonderful policies to help maintain loyal customers, like free resizing and replacement of side stones. I will be returning to purchase diamond stud earrings for my mom, my sister, and myself because of the wonderful service and quality craftsmanship.
