I brought in one of my wedding bands as it had lost a stone and it had sustained some other damage—Michael looked at the ring and was so helpful, he let me know exactly what the jeweler would do to help repair it. I also love that they will send you a quote and wait for your approval before moving forward with any repairs. The cost was more than fair and when I went to pick it up, it looked good as new!! It only took about a week to get the repairs done as their jewelers are on site. It was such a positive experience that I took a very sentimental and precious diamond necklace into the store to be redesigned—Beatrice helped me with this and she was so kind and lovely and knew exactly what I had imagined for my new piece. They also cleaned my other rings for me and sent me home with some ring polishing sticks! From start to finish I cannot recommend this amazing business enough, they really know how to take care of their clients and I will definitely be back for all of my jewelry-related needs + purchases!!
