Aaron Barry-Davies Honestly - not a gym a family. The owners and staff invest in the people. They’ve checked in with me and other members regularly, ensured we’re safe and we’ll and we’ve all had opportunity to train and borrow kit through the lockdowns. The gym might have been closed but the training still rolled and the family stayed strong. Can’t express how much this is a great community, superb gym, the equipment is top notch and the classes are superb. If you want to be surrounded by motivated and caring people whilst learning and training to the best of your ability and more this place is 100% the option. Thanks so much No Limits!

Base Camp Strength & Conditioning - VIC
Shona Pallas After being away for a few years due to injury, coming back to Base Camp (although it’s still body change to me) felt like coming home. It’s so inclusive and welcoming. Everything is tailored to your circumstances and although there are a lot of ultra fit people attending (and they are my inspo), there is still a place for a 48yo with limited fitness base and a significant foot injury. Tim and Kass, thank you, you’ve created an amazing community and both Milla and I are excited to be a part of it.

Fiona Peschardt Absolutely love Core Culture Pilates! Indi and the incredible team of instructors bring such an amazing energy, expertise, and positivity to every class. The studio in Newport is beautiful, welcoming, clean, and empowering. You won’t find a variety of classes anywhere else. They cater from beginners to advanced, men’s classes, pregnancy to post-partum, hot Pilates, there is something for everyone . Each session leaves me feeling stronger, more balanced, and totally uplifted. Core Culture is the OG Pilates studio in Newport, can’t recommend it enough - truly the best Pilates experience around!
