1 /5 Zahra Ahmadi: I would not recommend Haidari currency exchange to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient money transfer service. I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Sarafi Haidari. Despite explicitly stating that I needed the money transferred the same day, but It took an unacceptable three days for my money to be received in Iran, which caused significant inconvenience and stress. Additionally, the customer service was terrible in both Iran and Melbourne. My questions were either ignored or inadequately addressed, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied. This experience was frustrating and far below any reasonable standard of service.

5 /5 Baryalai Rahimi: The excellent customer service is complemented with the fantastic exchange rates. I have always had a positive experience with this business and will continue to in the future. The standard of service provided here was beyond my expectations and I know they wont let their customers down. The only downside here is that i cant give any more then 5 stars because they deserve a lot more then that. I have been running a business in dandenong for the past 2 decades and from my judgment I can tell that the service provided here compared to some of the others is much better much more professional.Thank you Mr. Haidari

5 /5 Tamer Guven: Easiest currency exchange shop to deal with. The owner is a very genuine and easy going guy, gave me the best rate which even I was shocked. Couldnt be happier. Will definitely be my regular from now on whenever I need money exchange. Highly recommend you call haidari currency exchange before calling anyone else. Thank you.

1 /5 Khan Aqha Azizyar: The worst ever transfer they charge double I sent money to Islamabad they charge me here and then the guy he was suppose to hand the money also ask for 2000 paki money. He was not answering his phone for 2 days .when I transfer money he was supposed to hand money on the same day. When I ask about this in their branch in Dandenong the guy which he send the money behaviour was so bad soooo bad He rejected the transfer he wasted my 2 days So awful More looks like mafia in Australia Not recommended at all Disgusting
