It is not a crash course or a fad diet, but its about changes that are needed in everydays life style. The way this program is designed, it takes care of the body physically and mentally. It has a balance of daily workouts, good nutrition, good coaches(thanks Swati for introducing it to me) group of people with similar mindset which helps me daily to focus on my fittness goal.

bertie malco Fantastic gym. £5 per session as a non member at the time of writing. Friendly and helpful staff, all the people training there were also friendly and no gym ego. Old school and new kit, really something for everyone. Lots of parking, good selection of supplements. I travel around for work and I wish there were more places like this, it is the only reason to return to Selby.

Carly E Easily the best gym I’ve ever been to, I love it! Beth and the girls give one on one attention perfecting your technique and guiding week by week for you to progress. Honestly gives you the confidence you didn’t know you had in you. The programme is set up to focus on consistency so you can safely progress which I haven’t had at other gyms. The support you get from everyone at the gym just gets you more excited to push yourself when it comes time to testing. As a bonus everyone that trains there are so lovely, it’s a vibe, highly recommend gals!
