Teresa Brandau-Stranks I have recently been involved in the Juice Plus Detox program with Carolyn. I did the detox for 3 days and then onto the other great recipes and tips that were provided. I had great results losing some excess weight, but I also had more energy and enjoyed preparing the food and recipes. If you are looking for a healthy detox I would highly recommend Carolyns program. I am now utilising the Juice Plus supplements to continue my healthy eating and I still make the detox green juice which is amazing. Thanks Carolyn.

I wrote the above comment three months ago, and now after four months of consistent classes (142 classes) I can say it’s only gotten better. I feel like a new (and better) me, inside and out. Since COVID I’d gained a lot of weight, felt stressed, and barely exercised. Now I’m almost back to my pre-COVID weight, and I’m healthier mentally and physically. The warm, dynamic environment and passionate instructors make all the difference. When I feel stressed, I don’t reach for food anymore, instead, I go to book the class and sweat it out. Lying on the mat is the most relaxing moment of my day. Walking out of the studio feeling fresh, with the breeze on my face, even my heart feels like it’s cheering with the birds. Gerald Ocansey Ive been a member here for nearly a year and honestly its the best gym in Maidstone. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Its a very welcoming and non intimating environment and the manager Freddie is unbelievable. Hes helped me out whenever Ive had an issue
