5 /5 Jaira Mia Adlawan: Yoga has been a part of my weekly routine for a while. However it’s only when I started attending Sage’s sessions that I truly felt the mind, body and spiritual benefits of yoga. Unlike some classes, that are geared towards fitness, Sage’s sessions are grounded in traditional heart centred yoga, and each session is set with different, full of thought and intent. It’s truly time I look forward to each week and so more than happy to make space for.
Not only are her sessions uplifting; her space fills you with calm and serenity the moment you step into her garden and into the studio. The classes really truly begin there as you feel the shift in energy that is loving and open. I’ve since booked her in for private yoga sessions for friends and joined some of her immersion sessions
I really can’t recommend Sage enough, and will continue to support and attend her classes. I can say my heart feels full, my soul nourished and my body balanced after each class. Absolute bliss.
