5 /5 Karen Clarke: Outstanding service from Rebecca. We went in to buy a watch which she assisted with band sizing. Looked at initial pennants, Rebecca was extremely knowledgeable and gave me advice. Nothing was a bother and we werent rushed. Purchased gifts for our granddaughters, Rebecca went the extra mile with wrapping. Polite respectful friendly service at its best! Great prices!

2 /5 Lynda Gardner: I was hoping to get a new clasp for my mothers watch for her birthday however after the manufacturer couldnt supply one or one couldnt be found we asked for a new band and were told none were available. Was hoping staff could possibly offer suggestions we were happy for another type. They obviously werent interested in a sale. My mum has been a customer over many years not anymore.
