Hudson Berry Absolutely love this boxing gym! The trainers are super motivating and really know their stuff. Every session pushes you to your limits, but in the best way possible. The atmosphere is welcoming whether you’re a beginner or experienced fighter. The workouts are tough but rewarding — I’ve noticed huge improvements in my fitness and confidence. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to get stronger and learn real boxing technique!

Amanda Leeson ASN Frankston is that store — the one where you walk in and instantly feel like you’ve got your own hype squad. The staff are ridiculously friendly, actually know their stuff, and somehow manage to recommend products without making you feel like you’re being sold a whole new personality. The store is spotless, the range is huge, and the vibes? Immaculate. If you want honest advice, great products, and a team that treats you like a regular even when it’s your first time, this is the place. 10/10 would happily let them take my money again.

Concept G - VIC

Vanessa Spinks I am a New member to G-Fitness and decided to start with the addition of Concept G. From day 1 Tara’s communication has been excellent. She has checked in on my experience and responded to all questions. I am not usually a runner so was hesitant at first seeming half the class in on the treadmill. As I want to improve my cardio and need to be pushed to do that, I figured Concept G was the only way to do that. When I do not feel like running I just increase the incline and walk fast. Love the mix of cardio and floor work. Overall just love Concept G and feel amazing as a result.
