If you want to be treated with respect, as well as pushed to reach your goals, Infinitus Health is for you. Not your typical Personal Trainers, Danni and Lisa are like us all, fair, reliable, no judgement, just wanting their clients to reach their goals. I have been training on and off with Danni for a few years now, I have had around 7 surgeries on my knees, have had a broken arm and many back issues, Danni has changed my routines up to still make me work hard, but also to manage my injuries. No judgement just help. I would highly recommend Infinitus Health for anyone who wants to get back into training and fitness, I could not have done what I have done with a normal gym, I have too many injuries that one wrong move could be life altering for me.
