dennis coleman One of the best little gyms in the area , modern equipment, rowing machines , the latest stationary bikes , kettle bells , barbells and much much more , but equipment only does not make for a great gym , Gina is an excellent coach who tailors every workout to suit the individual whether you are a seasoned athlete or a newcomer to exercise. So do yourself a favour by doing your body a favour and give Gina a call , you will not be disappointed.

In House Studio Fitness - VIC

Lorraine I joined Cath in July/August 2024 and have enjoyed her classes. Cath encourages us to do more than what we think we are capable of doing and we have a lot of fun. I have just completed my six week challenge with EML(Eat Move & Live) and I have gained so much from it learning the good and bad foods which we are all guilty of having. The reason for exercise and how you feel in yourself. I encourage those who have not yet done the challenge to give it some thought. I feel so much better in myself and intend continuing with it. Thanks Cath for all your advice and encouragement and look forward to continuing with your classes
