Rimmy Jassal Love Strong Essendon. Classes are amazing, every class is different and thats the best thing. The instructors ( including Jess) are a bunch of sweet, kind, encouraging and most humble people. The best part of Strong is their mascot - Marlo. Always welcoming you and making sure you give your best in every class!!!

Ares Strength Tullamarine - VIC

Martin Friedrich Ares Strength Tullamarine Monday, Wednesday, Friday and sometimes Saturdays as well I have happily driven out from Brighton to take my super keen son to train with Kris. To do this we have had to get up at 5:30am. (40 minute drive each way) The only problem being I have had to get him to school by 8:30am and he has sometimes been late. Therefore, I have tried 3 other gyms closer by with one being an easy ride from our house. Unfortunately, or fortunately, we have just kept on coming back to Kris…………. We simply can’t find a gym that comes close to what Kris offers. From the first day we walked in my boy found the exact inspiration he had been looking for with strength and conditioning that a serious cross country and track athlete needed. Thanks to Kris’s training, his strength, endurance and above all mindset quickly improved and so did his race positions. His running coach made it clear that Ares was the number one place to go and we certainly agree!!!!

Wild Fit (Mordialloc) - VIC

Daniella Singer I’ve been training with Wildfit for just over 6 years. Previously, I went to gyms, but struggled after time with motivation and found the classes were repetitive. The outdoor training Wildfit provides is varied and engaging. The trainers are attentive to individual requirements and support and cater to all fitness levels. It doesn’t matter how fast or slow you are, or how strong or otherwise you are. The friendliness of the group is a real bonus. And being able to train outside breathing fresh air is a treat after being inside at work all day. In addition, the trainers provide challenges and information about other aspects of health and wellness. When I first moved to Mordialloc, I had no social connections, and as well as keeping me fit, it was a great link into the neighbourhood.
