While I wasn’t able to get a discount, the team went above and beyond to make the experience feel special by gifting me a complimentary Tudor baseball cap and a beautifully presented Tudor book, which I really appreciated. They also took the time to ensure the bracelet sizing was done properly, even if it meant I couldn’t take the watch home that day. It showed real care and attention to detail, which speaks volumes about their customer service. Overall, a very professional and friendly team. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for future purchases or servicing.
