Maria Piemontese 30 minutes of fun and sweat! The only workout that has helped reduce my dreaded, stubborn muffin top! The instructors are enthusiastic, professional and passionate. Everyone ( all ages) is welcomed into the studio and encouraged to improve with each workout. 6am classes are the best! What a way to start the day! Highly recommend you give it a try!

432 Yoga Rowville - VIC

Shona Butcher Having not done Yoga before I was initially quite hesitant to start something new all by myself however I worked up the courage to start slow flow yoga classes at 432 Yoga late last year. When I fell pregnant in Jan I made the transition to the prenatal yoga classes and since having my Bub in October we now attend the mums and bubs Yoga classes. Coming to 432 Yoga is definitely one of my favourite parts of the week that I look forward to. There is such a variety of class options to suit everyone with flexible class payment options and packages. The yoga studio is such a beautiful, calming and welcoming space and the instructor’s are all very friendly, inclusive and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend 432 Yoga to others and have done so already to many of my friends!
