Tedeski I found Rad Burmeister and Unity Gym while searching online for a sure fire way to rehab my rotator cuff tear back to health in order to avoid surgery. I emailed Rad and after a few exchanges I pulled the trigger and joined his one on one coaching. Going in to this I had a torn Labrum from the 3 oclock to 9 oclock position, a full thickness tear of the Supraspinatus muscle and the Acromion bone has a downward tilt, needless to say I was messed up. After either 4 or 5 months of 4 sessions per week working with Rad through the Unity Gym app, my shoulder is completely healed and I am back to doing all the things I was capable of prior to messing up my shoulder and even more now. What I learned more than anything is proper mechanics for how the entire shoulder girdle works, and am now able to apply all of the proper mechanics when Im in the gym lifting. As Rad told me, I can always opt for the surgery if this doesnt work out, cause once the surgery is done, you cant undo it, and the surgery is not a 100% guaranteed fix. This program is as legit as it gets and I would recommend it anyone and everyone. Thank you Rad for all of your expertise and help ... You Rock my Friend!
