Amanda Colman Highly recommend JD Fitness!! From the first session, Jamie has been so welcoming and motivating.
Suffering two years with severe back pain after having two kids, Jamie is constantly finding ways to tailor the program to suit my needs which has helped extensively in easing the pain and building strength. Not having a particularly strong fitness background, training at JD has increased my confidence and am always made to feel comfortable going at my own pace.
His enthusiasm and extensive knowledge in fitness and rehab is ongoing and makes coming to the gym such an enjoyable experience.
The overall vibe of the gym is inviting and it’s such a pleasure to be training with a wonderful group of people!
