5 /5 Sarah Milburn: Ive been training at Productive with Blake and the rest of the team for around 2 years now. The thing I like best about them is their lunch time classes. They push you to improve each week and are intent on helping you reach your goals. They accommodate all fitness levels, ensuring that all exercises can be completed at a beginner, intermediate or advanced level. I generally leave their classes feeling like Ive had a tough workout, but know I will be back for the next class! The other thing I really like about it is that while the lunchtime classes tend not to change (Boxing, yoga, HIIT), they do continually change the exercises within the class, keeping it interesting. Thanks guys - you make training harder and better that little bit easier for me!!

The boys have made me feel welcomed to the team and have been supportive, even to the point where Robbie will check in if I have not been into the gym! 5 /5 Simon Liubinas: Ive been training with Robbie for the best part of 5 years now, and he always gets 100% out of me. He and Jamie run a great gym, and are extremely supportive. When I first started seeing the boys, I had never done exercise at all, and was 30kg heavier. The very thought of going to a gym was quite intimidating, because I expected a bunch of meat-heads. This is not the case at all. Youll be set up with the skills to maintain a healthy life, get your diet on track, and exercise even when youre not being forced to by one of the trainers! Its no exaggeration that these guys helped change my life. I couldnt recommend them highly enough.

My posture has even improved. I feel great! Blake’s knowledge of the muscles and bones in the body is first rate. His knowledge is even a bit contagious. I’m not only getting a workout, I’m learning things I never thought I’d be interested in. I actually look forward to my training sessions. The studio itself is really clean and spacious. And an added bonus: Blake makes me a delicious protein smoothie at the end of each workout.

After my spending more than the last twenty five years in stressful but sedentary work, Jamie has taken me, in a few months, to the point where exercising hard is not only thoroughly enjoyable and rewarding but essential. And the benefits are obvious. Five stars are too few for Productive Health and Wellness
