We booked an appointment online and were warmly welcomed in-store. Although it was busy at the time, we were offered refreshments while we waited, and we enjoyed browsing their stunning collection in the meantime. Sanyam assisted us and was an absolute standout — friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. We walked in unsure of what we were after, but thanks to Sanyam’s helpful insights and suggestions, we were able to confidently narrow down our options. He helped my friend custom design her dream ring, and I selected a few favourites for my own wishlist—plus found the perfect necklace to treat myself for my birthday. The personalised wishlist was such a thoughtful touch, making it easy for our partners to find exactly what we love when the time comes. I left feeling so happy and excited. 11/10 experience. Thank you, Moi Moi—I’ll definitely be back!
