I also feel that I have evolved a lot during my time here with weight lifting and also gymnastics. Mike is a very knowledgeable coach and very attentive to your moves. The amount of scheduled classes are broad so you can have classes pretty much all day long.

Obie Hui Been at this gym a year now. AF MW is not just ran by nice staff, it is filled with friendly members as well. Equipment and space is well maintained. Carpark right next to the gym in never full and ample space to move around inside the gym during rush hour. 10/10 recommend as commercial gyms can’t get much better.
